By accessing this Website and/or placing any order(s) using this Website, you hereby agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, do not access this Website or place an order using this Website.

The Terms and Conditions stated herein represent a contract made by you online with us, and these Terms and Condition shall prevail over any and all terms and conditions proposed by you.

We control and operate this Website from our offices in the United States. Accordingly, the laws of United States shall govern any/all claims relating to, including the use of, this Website and the materials contained herein. If you choose to access this Website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that you and the North Pole Print Shop irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United States, and, in the event of a dispute between you and the North Pole Print Shop the laws of the United States will apply at all times.


You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all order personalizations, including names, addresses, and any other information you submit. Please make sure all spelling and grammar is thoroughly checked as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. Due to privacy and sheer volume of orders, we do not review order personalizations; they are simply processed, printed, and shipped.

Once you place an order with the North Pole Print Shop, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from our system confirming your order has been received. Our payment processor is Authorize.net, and they will debit your card for the order amount at the time your order is placed.


Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering via Authorize.net. The prices listed on this Website are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change any advertised price and/or remove any special offers at any time without notice.

International customers: Your credit card or debit card issuer will exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the then-current exchange rate.

The purchase contract will not go into effect until we have we have processed your online order and received a valid credit card charge or debit card payment. You will then be sent confirmation email using the email address you provided during the order process. Another email will be sent confirming your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order placed through this Website.


The price stated on this Website include the cost of postage.

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.


We work hard to ensure all letters are delivered on time, as stated in our Delivery Policy, and ship all letters before the United States Postal Service’s official Christmas delivery deadline.

You may cancel your purchase by notifying us using our contact us page, as stated in our Refund Policy. Your order will be cancelled for a full refund as long as your order has not been shipped. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method via Authorize.net.

If your order has already been shipped, you will have 5 business days from the receipt of your order to return all items associated with your order to us in the same condition as they were received. Once we recieve your returned order, you will receive a refund less shipping and handling costs. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method via Authorize.net.

Every order from the North Pole Print Shop is checked to make sure it meets the highest quality standard prior to shipping, as stated in our Return Policy.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order or feel your order was faulty in any way, please contact us or email us at info@writtenbysanta.com. A member of our Customer Service Team will respond to determine why you were unsatisfied or why your order was faulty, and generate a reference number for you to include when returning your order to us.
