Refund Policy

Every order from the North Pole Print Shop is processed the day it is received, and orders may be cancelled up until the day the order is shipped for a full refund.

If you would like to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us.

If your order has not been shipped, contact us to request a refund. A full refund will be applied to your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, please contact us within 5 business days to arrange the return of your order. Refunds will only be made if the order is received back at the North Pole Print Shop in its original condition. If any part of your order is missing, no refund will be made until the North Pole Print Shop has received all items associated with your order. Once we receive your returned order, a refund less shipping and handling costs will be made, with the refund applied to your original payment method.
