Return Policy

Every order from the North Pole Print Shop is checked to make sure it meets the highest quality standard prior to shipping.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order or feel your order was faulty in any way, please contact us.

A member of our Customer Service Team will respond to determine why you were unsatisfied or why your order was faulty, and generate a reference number for you to include when returning your order to us.

Once we receive your returned order, complete with the original order contents and packaging, you may choose from the following:

  1. Have a new, replacement order sent to you the same day.
  2. Have your original payment method refunded the full purchase amount.

If your order is damaged, please contact us and a member of our Customer Service Team will send a replacement.
